The developer of Prescott Lakes, M3 Companies, created Prescott Lakes Commercial
Center in 2004, which is now completely sold out to a variety of businesses.
The center currently is home to the Prescott Courier Newspaper, Sir Speedy,
Canavest Development and many more businesses that are coming in 2006.
M3 Companies has two more exciting commercial developments on the horizon:
Lakeview Business Park will be located on Prescott Lakes Parkway next to the
north side of Hole #14 of the Hale Irwin Signature Golf Course. This site will
be home to both professional and medical offices. Construction will begin in
the fall of 2005.
A second commercial shopping and office complex will be built on 15 acres along
Highway 89 and the Prescott Lakes entrance. Various shops are envisioned, from
gourmet coffee to boutique shopping, with all of the daily necessities and
niceties of life conveniently available to the community. A large national drug
store and a bank building with drive-through access are also planned.
Construction will begin in the winter of 2006.
